Executing your vision

Partial event planning is for those that have an idea of what they want, but want a professional to handle the logistical parts of planning a wedding.

What’s included

After you’ve decided on most of your vendors, we’ll be here to take the baton. We will work with them before the event and confirm their role and timing on your special day.

The partial planning service is for you if:

  • you have a pinterest board and general idea of desired event flow and aesthetic
  • you have already committed to most of the vendors and venues required, or are in the end stages of signing with them
  • you have committed to a budget and your chosen vendors mostly conform to it
  • you have a general plan of how the event will flow and need someone to figure out how to make it happen
  • want a day-of coordinator to handle all of the day-of stress

  • Ceremony decor design proposal
  • Ceremony and reception general planning consultations
  • Reception table place setting and decor design
  • Set milestones and a roadmap for us to stick to re: sourcing vendors, booking, etc

Partial planning gives you expert guidance and organization while allowing you to drive the creative direction and exploration of your event. Think of me as your planning partner: stepping in where you need me, taking care of the boring busywork, and stepping back in the aspects that you’ve got covered.

Day-of Coordination

So, you’ve chosen and booked your venue, your vendors, and have prepared for a once in a lifetime experience for your guests. On the day of, we will manage the details so you are free to enjoy the day and make memories that will last a lifetime. We are here to take your event across the finish line!

Executing your vision

We will handle logistical communications with your vendors leading up to, during, and after your event. Additionally, we will handle the minutiae that don’t quite fall into any of your other vendors’ domains.

  • Have already planned out the look and guest experience of your event
  • Already have signed contracts with venue and all vendors
  • Have a strong sense for DIY
  • You have decided upon a full creative vision and have all the supplies necessary to make it happen
  • Need help directing guests and vendors when you’re busy enjoying your event

  • Unlimited communication with bride, groom, and/or host of event
  • Venue communication (ensure alignment with venue coordinator/manager)
  • Vendor confirmations (catering, rentals, decor, MC, officiant, DJ, etc)
  • Create master timeline of event

Our day-of coordination package actually starts in the months leading up to the event, no extra charge to you. In this package, the couple usually does most of the planning themselves, and I’ll step in towards the end to take over the logistics, finalize the details, and make sure the wedding day runs smoothly so you can free yourself to enjoy your event.
