Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Digital products and downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is defective or materially different from its description.
- Defective or misdescribed products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact contact@metierscollective.com within [X] days of purchase.
