Absolutely. Although we specialize in full-service planning and day-of coordination, we are happy to discuss flexible options during our consultation. This wedding planning package is the most fluid one we offer, since it depends on where each couple is at in their planning process.
For full wedding planning, most couples reach out 8–12 months before their date. Day-of or partial planning requests usually come in 0-6 months before the event. If you’re planning sooner or have emergent circumstances, don’t hesitate to drop us a line. We will do our best to help!
While we’ve built trusted relationships with many exceptional venues and vendors, our recommendations are always based on what’s best for your vision, style, and budget. We’ll recommend the professionals we genuinely believe are the best fit for your celebration. By policy, we do not accept commissions or referral fees from the vendors or venues we recommend.

Factors like guest count, venue, logistics, design, and overall complexity all influence the time and level of coordination involved. By learning more about your event, we can provide a personalized quote that accurately reflects the level of support you’ll need.
